I think he will be good to go too. Ross wouldn't send a squad of 25 over to Melb if he wasn't positive they could all play to the standard he expects. If Sylvia was not up to at least being the sub there would be no point in him being there. If Clarke was still recovering from injury he would also serve no purpose for being over there.
I see many positives in the squad of 25 it basically says to me Sylvia is ready to go and so is Clarke. They may not get a game this Friday but they are good to go.
If both are outside the 22 for the game I am puzzled as to who the other will be.
No, the routine for Melbourne is a dip in the St Kilda sea baths/bay around 10am and thats it. No running or balls involved.
I was at work all day so didn't get a chance to do my part of observations over here!

I meant as a Freo player, an unknown quality as of yet. At Melbourne it was a different story. Ross Lyon likes those that ascribe to the team ethos and hard work. Hence de Boer, Neale and Sutcliffe will be more likely to play. Sylvia still has to buy into that..
