This kid plays so much like Uncle Terry. He throws his body in with reckless abandon. Here's hoping he is every bit as durable as Uncle Terry as well.
We saw some serious signs of what's to come on Saturday night. This was a chance for him to play on guys with similar physical development as himself and he smashed them, this is what he'll do to most (all) KPDs in another 3 or so years.
Excellent stuff! I'm glad I got to watch him at both the Richmond and GWS games this year - saw both the games that Merrett and JD got their Rising Star nods. Joey D was such a crucial piece on Saturday, without him in the side I'm not sure we would have got across the line, took some marks that not many others could've taken...
So glad he didn't choose Sydney!
) and people will see we have a really good crop coming through and we might not be affected by draft sanctions. Would be a fair effort to have Merrett, Gleeson and JoeD as 3 rising stars in the same year.Joe just laughs at everything and smiles like the cute little schoolboy who wants to have a crack at anything.
Richo just sooked and kicked up a stink if he didn't get his own way

Shouldn't that have happened when he was 13 or so?In regards to his set shot, his technique is fine so all it is will be getting that ball drop right

How is his technique fine when he can't get the ball drop right? Releasing the ball at the correct time would be considered part of the set shot technique. In regards to his set shot, his technique is fine so all it is will be getting that ball drop right
I worded that badly. The pure technique of the kick, ignoring the ball drop is fine. The ball drop is all over the placeHow is his technique fine when he can't get the ball drop right? Releasing the ball at the correct time would be considered part of the set shot technique.
