Macca has not done that much wrong, yes we should have won more games this year, but the list still has not been right. The list that he did have to deal with didn't do too bad of a job and continue to improve from the 100 point hiding a we got in 2013. If you look back we could have won 13 games this year and that would have put us in the eight. I know we didn't and I'm talking about could/should/would stuff but the improvement on 2013 is plain to see. If Macca gets sacked off that season then I'm guessing it's all on the players and they will have a hell of a lot to live up to. One more draft hit hard, try even to get a top 3 pick and I reckon the list will be getting close to complete, its then at the end of 2015 we can go and get a couple of recycled players....just stay calm and stick by Macca!

What the GF taught me was that tough, uncompromising contested football, combined with positional flexibility, good footskills and decision making beats a massive salary cap advantage. We are slowly heading down this path.... Need more footskills and leg speed though - plus a few more KPP's.

So getting three extra picks in the draft will answer those needs.
