I've been on the receiving end of a couple of decent ones, a couple related to school suspensions , but never domestic violence level and I never harbored a resentment of my parents because of it because I deserved it.

My Mum never used to smack in public, she'd get as close to your ear as possible and whisper "You just wait until we get home". Gave me shivers, but I'd be on my best behaviour after that.

I'll be stuck with being the mean bitch Mum, the bf is far too nice and placid to command any respect. He is doormat material when it comes to kids.

I'm going to Little Caesers (Perth people will know it) for dinner for some crazy pizzas, then hope to be home by 9pm so my wife and kid can go to bed and I stay up and play PlayStation by myself.

My drinking has dropped off a bit the last few years, but I had seven weddings this year. Five of those I was along for the bucks party, my liver has copped a thrashing in 2014.
