Woosh, honestly, why bother participating if you aren't going to listen to the songs? This is a serious question, not an argument. What is your motivation to being part of the contest if you choose not to listen to the other songs? Wouldn't you be better off just hanging out in the music thread?

The thing is, your choices impact upon everyone else. This isn't the bay, you don't need to troll to win internet points. I obviously can't force you to change, but I just don't get why you wouldn't choose to do the right thing, when it is so clearly the right thing to do by your fellow competitors. It doesn't have to be hypersuperserious either, but having some fundamentals in place - like respect for your competitors - makes the whole thing a lot better than if it's just a trollfest.
