I made this point in the main board thread. I hate the anti-umpire moaning, but there needs to be a facility so that they can be called out when they do a shit job.

A shit call is a shit call...players get pounded for making mistakes. Umps should at least be held accountable in some way.

The fact it is against the rules to criticise says it all really...
