Damn, would make a tough game even tougher. Buckley said on The Source that we were taking a squad of 23 or 24 over and would make the call pretty late. I hope he wasn't referring to Pendlebury, but it would fit.

Whispers about late Changes are almost always Wrong

Aside from the banned pair (Thomas and Keeffe) and Matt Scharenberg, it's genuinely possible that every player on our list will get a game this season, rookies included. Very unusual to see that happen. Once Broomhead runs out on Sunday, we'll have used 35 different players, with another newby for 2016 (Tom Phillips) named as an emergency, a best 22 player in Jamie Elliott to return at some point, an emerging talent in Jonathan Marsh to try, and a mature-agers in Rupert Wills, Tim Golds and Darrean Wyatt.

Can't see Sier, Wyatt, Golds getting games at this stage. If they do then it's not good

We went with Sinclair AND Langdon? Thats way too many small defenders, we are looking for an ugly game.

Brown - 195cm, 98kg
Reid - 195cm, 96kg
Frost - 195cm, 92kg
Oxley - 193cm, 84kg
Langdon - 190cm, 83kg
Toovey - 189cm, 86kg
Maynard - 186cm, 88kg
Sinclair - 183cm, 80kg
Smith - 181cm, 78kg

I don't think size or numbers will be an issue at the defensive end for the side we've picked this week.

Almost half the side are strictly defenders. :drunk:

books are better. TV show has pretty much ruined everything. Biggest disappointment since the writers strike killed Deadwood. And George Martin is the biggest sell out since Bob dylan and his electrical guitar. End rant!
Definitief Books. TV shows are good in their own way but only a qtr of the intrigue, plots and character development.
Wheels within wheels within wheels.

Hopefully we can hold them to some kind of manageable score then.

I think the real issue is the defensive efforts and tackling in the midfield, though. Puts the defenders on the back foot from the word go, when the opposition forwards get regular supply.

Only a whisper, but given we've taken two travelling emergencies I think we'll see a late change.
Given how solid your info genuinely is, what would be your chances? 70% he doesn't play?

Without knowing Pendles, he strikes me of the sort of character that it would have to be a very big hindrance for him to even consider not playing

No percentage unfortunately the best I have is that it's not due to his ribs so a fresh issue as to what it is, no idea.

I think you nailed it with the second statement any other player and I'd just say they were out, but Pendles just finds a way all the time.

If true, I told you it's an injury a week. :(

Pendles didn't train apparently (from a WA fan who attended training this arvo).

Surely he's not playing if he didn't train.

Well we are No Chance.

This could get Ugly Tommorow.

Hope Aish Plays
