Yeah, you;re probably right. The Hawks on the other hand - Danger better be ready to play through pain from the first quarter. Can't see any Geelong player doing that to be honest.

I would have been happy for them to have given it a shot earlier in the year against a decent opponent when things weren't happening up forward for us.It's a bit late now with the quality of opposition remaining to do it and to judge it's effectiveness, besides if they have now decided on Stanley at CHF he will benefit from the remaining games in the key forward position.I also reckon the club already knows Henderson is capable of filling in there should he be required.I know that this idea is unpopular and I've been banging on about it all year but I don't give a shit. I hope that we try Henderson forward before the finals start so we can see how it looks.
I just think that we should give it a go, even just for a half before the finals start so that the coaches have got some sort of reference point to go off.I would have been happy for them to have given it a shot earlier in the year against a decent opponent when things weren't happening up forward for us.It's a bit late now with the quality of opposition remaining to do it and to judge it's effectiveness, besides if they have now decided on Stanley at CHF he will benefit from the remaining games in the key forward position.I also reckon the club already knows Henderson is capable of filling in there should he be required.
I don't disagree just think it should have been earlier rather than latter.I just think that we should give it a go, even just for a half before the finals start so that the coaches have got some sort of reference point to go off.
Picture this... We're playing the Hawks in a final and we're down by 4 goals at half time. Our forward line is struggling to kick goals whilst their small forwards are running amok against our slowish defence. I think that flipping Henderson forward could be a viable option but as CS has said, if you're going to do something like that you're better off having a look at it first even if it is against weaker opposition so that at least you will have some sort of idea as to whether you think it will work or not.
I'm not saying that we should try him forward with a view to possibly leaving him there, but it's an option that is worth exploring even if only a little bit.
