The difference is even if Sydney beats us, we did better than the Hawfs this year, despite finishing 10th last year while your mob were triple reigning premiers.

Geelong has already far and away exceeded expectations where as the Hawfs have failed on a monumental scale. Pre-season the bookies had Hawthorn shorter to win the flag than Geelong to make the eight.
