Both of them are rookie listed and can't be traded, unless time on list plus drug time off carried?

Rookies can be traded, but must be senior listed by their destination club.

A few points i would like answered if anyone has answers to them?
1.Since Wells has said he is leaving North, which we all know is a given. Why didnt he say he wants to go to Collingwood? Could there be other suitors? As you wouldnt think it would be related to his contract as you would expect that would be the first thing finalised.
2. Mayne what is he waiting for? Why not declare your intentions today? Could we have a twist here?
3.Rockliff how the hell can we get him without a first rounder? If the rumours are correct possible trade of players ie greenwood and frost straight swap?

With WHE i understand GWS have more major trades to do before dealing with us.

I'm guessing with Wells it's dotting the i's etc which is the case with Mayne apparently.
Rocky, (if true) could/would involve Witts & GCS and some.

Ive watched Rockliff closely for fantasy footy purposes and the guy is basically Swan without the burst of speed.

Just knows where to run to and racks up ball. Who do you tag in a midfield of Pendles, Treloar, Rockliff, Wells, Sidebottom and Adams rotating through?

Problem is we need to trade one of those players for Rockliff

With Tom Boyd's form this year, they would get a pick in the top 50 for him. They'd definitely NOT rather keep 3 pick in the top 30 if they have them.

Couldnt give a rats about WHE if he costs more than our 3rd rounder, dont want him that much. Still hoping for James Stewart on the cheap, just so we have someone to kick to besides Darcy. Rockliff for our 2nd, Witts and Frost, im not sure how the Lions would see that, Witts i think can be a monster, and Frost would be more value to them and us, but they may just see them as quantity and not quality, not sure how we could get it done. For the record i think Rockliff is a tosser, but if love him for that very reason if he played for us.

Can't trade our first rounder next year.
Something to do with using at least one first round pick every two years or something.

Eh? They don't need to be. They'd just have to be senior listed by Brisbane if we traded them there.
