Agreed about Port Arthur, still one of the most shocking days in our history.

Those two were fruit cakes (I'd say another thing but I'm nice) and deserved every thing going against them

Was driving past Whitten Oval, (going home from my holiday house)- listening to my walkman/the footy and recall Rex Hunt relaying the first reports through regarding that. Still remember him saying about 10 people had died at that stage. Was shocked and stunned to say the least.

Wasn't going to say it lol

Was driving past there, cause that was pre-ring road days. Had to go home via Footscray/Highpoint way.

Geeze that ring road is a god send, that was shit having to go thru Footascray.

I was at university the the lecturer stopped the whole class to put the news on. You could hear a pin drop after, lecturer let us go home.

That makes sense actually, people forget how long ago this was.

Yeah it was a catch up class thing don't ask- hated the subject lol

Aw come on what subject?

I myself never went into uni on a weekend. But **** those times when you had to go in on a public holiday, like IIRC there were exams on Melbourne Cup day or something..

:D

My tax is pretty simple, I don't need an accountant.

Altho I am thinking I could have included my working with children check as a tax deduction?!?!

Yeah I forgot all about it. ****ing pissed.

You're a lot older than I thought! Legit thought you were under 18.

I was 16/Year 11 when Port Arthur happened.

Is my 20 year anniversary for graduating HS this year. Ffs.

Still young Shell I'm only a few years younger.

Wednesday

And she's the one who wore the let's just say "revealing" dress lol

The one that pretty much just covered up the essential areas and the remainder was completely see-through?

26 years here - you're still a spring chicken.

Where does the ****ing time go. My 20s didn't go by this fast, my 30s have just flown imho.

Wait 'til you hit your 40s - you'll feel like you're travelling at light speed. :p
