Forget the crap hinting about Sloane. Some of you guys take the bait EVERY.SINGLE.TIME.

I often fall in the "going" camp, but in Sloane's case, he is Crows through and through. For life. Not going anywhere.

Wake up and stop letting people play games with you.

You state Sloane definitely staying even though you (probably) have no clue whatsoever.

I've been involved with the club, know plenty of people there and most importantly, a supporter. Sometimes it's nice to get on here and blow off steam about the club and give bits and pieces of info every now and then.

Believe it or not there are plenty of posters on here that I respect and really enjoy reading. It's nice to get the perspective of (mostly) educated footy fans as opposed to the echo chamber that can be the AFC sometimes.

I really would love Jake to stay for the next 10 years, but if he does go I'm not going to be as crushed as some on here. As long as we get above market value in return.

As a player his output can probably be reproduced to a passable extent. Plus we have the all important lockdown component of our backline set with Talia, Brown, and Hartigan. Finding a intercept marking defender is not as difficult as one might think. Jake Kelly is already improving dramatically at it, and from reports Doedee's strength is his intercept marking. Plus there is usually 1-2 good draftees each year.

I think it's not worth microwaving the membership if he goes.

Doedee is not locked in either, hopefully we are now making his signature a priority with the imminent departure of Lever.

To piss off after just 2 years by Lever is a pretty low blow by after the bullshit he carried on with about wanting to be 10 year AFC player etc. etc.

Unfortunately we can't sign up their partners.

Maybe our due diligence needs to encompass looking into the draftees relationships re partner more so than the patents and siblings, sad but that seems to be the lay of the land with young blokes these days. It would seem the parents of the partners are more of a concern as it stands.
