I have no problem with what he's been saying because it's all true and he's been open and honest.
He was sold a huge dud he was lied too by the afl and the Suns higher ups.
I watch and listen to all footy media and haven't seen any of this backlash from other media you are talking about. All the radio show and tv shows I've seen have agreed with what he has had to say

Of course they agree with Rocket, Suns bashing is a Victorian pastime

We can blame Rocket for feeding us horseshit until he's sacked and then he wants to get honest with the media
I've done a little but of body language study and he was absolutely not being honest in many of his press conferences and his priority was self preservation.

I think Rocket when coach was more trying to protect the players than his job with his constant comments about youth, injuries etc. He probably should've kept his mouth shut after his dismissal though, even if what he's said is the truth.

Sorry need to correct that his body language to my knowledge did not point to self preservation that is my opinion only.
It definitely however pointed towards not saying what he really thought.
Constantly looking down at his cuffed hands is a dead give away.

Any half challenging question he'd act like he couldn't hear it or didn't understand it. He stood over the journos

Yes another definite sign.
That is a sign of of dread/shock ie that someone is on to you and your brain needs time to evaluate the BS you are going to answer with. Your brain also wants time to check itself that it's not contradicting other BS you have told.

Career in politics awaits him

God I hated it when he gave attitude to the journos just asking the questions. As if to try and embarrass them. Just answer the question!
He was trying to embarrass them to save face and discredit them. Watch everytime Hamilton asked him a question he would lean back (defensive reaction) because he knew Hamilton was on to him.

Have a look at the Press Conference after our most recent Cairns game against Footscray and look at the attitude he displays towards a young female journalist.

Bye Bye Rocket, welcome to the McKenna/Searle/Cartwright exclusive club of no longer being welcome on the GC.

Hamilton story tonight more or less saying Clayton has had a gun to his head from coaches, chairmen and even the AFL to bring in experienced and mature bodies.

Let's hope he chooses better than what Vossy did at the Lions - Xavier Clarke and Amon Buchanan lol

EDIT: he brought in decent older bodies last year - did they want him to find 7-8 new senior players this year?
