ELON Musk is known for his bold predictions on electric and self-driving cars. Now his pay could depend on whether those predictions come true.

Under a new all-or-nothing pay package, Musk would remain at Tesla Inc. for the next decade and see his compensation tied to ambitious growth targets.

The proposal, revealed Tuesday in a regulatory filing, requires that Tesla grow in $US50 billion leaps, to a staggering $US650 billion market capitalisation.

I'd take money from Toyota Motor Corporation of Japan over 23 SA based Toyota dealers. I am hearing 2 of the dealerships are bulking at the new asking price/contribution they look like having to make when the contract will be negotiated in about 16 months time.
