She probably does own 3 of his restaurants, including the one that went broke at crown casino, and now due to crippling debt and rising wages and the price of vegetables she finds herself unemployed, bankrupt and jaded. When all she had to do was add a little mustard and then life would be oh so different. Mustard makes any sandwich delicious, even an idiot sandwich.
