The squad represents the possible players that could be selected in a team at a given point in time, team submission is based atop squad submission. Hence, failure to submit a squad is a high impact team submission offense.

Come again?

You've applied the wrong rule in the wrong situation.

The one game suspension is for incorrectly listing an ineligible player in a team sheet which is not what occurred.

I guess the issue is here:

He didn't correctly sign up to be registered until he completed the form.

I am still leaning towards guilty however I think the rules do need to be made clearer to ensure this situation doesn't occur again.

He is guilty to a different offence than he has been charged with.

He signed a player without following proper sign up protocol but has been charged with listing an ineligible player in a team sheet...

It wasn't in a team sheet, it was the squad list.

That's my point. The one week suspension cloud is trying to hand him is for listing an ineligible player in a team sheet.

I see. Is there a punishment listed somewhere for listing an ineligible player in the squad?

No.

The rule in 4a which lists naming an ineligible player is referring to in a team sheet. That lists it as medium impact and a one week suspension.

There is no defined penalty for incorrectly signing a player.

Oh well. Interpreted it to be applicable to both squad and team.

People can disagree with me and have a tribunal hearing though.

Lucky I brought it back, even if I'm wrong I'll be vindicated. :D

Yeah the charges don't add up.

However did they change the teamsheet after submission time?
Did they incorrectly sign this player?

Aren't both against the rules and have according punishments?

The team sheet was never changed.

They are on trial for incorrectly signing a player to their squad list.

Dear Overlord.

When can I delist Josh and the ginger?
When do I get committee access?

I never doubted you for a second. What mad man would want you replaced.

Maybe Matera let you run this funny game of insubordination, but soon you'll be joining Walken beneath 10 feet of sand.

The way to do it is every time Doctor Gero oversteps the mark, subtract one vote from his end of year BnF tally.

Immensely satisfying.
