If the bet is to lead at the top of the rise its the right choice
there's a chance he wont stay it out but a lot of evidence relies on a wind affected race at flemington 2nd up. will only improve off that just depends if he is far enough in front at the 1100m mark.

also i hate the Bletchingly - Memsie - Everest Preperation for Vega. best runs have been fresh or over 1400m. a small part of me wanted him to not fire on the weekend so they push on over a further distance.
