As soon as I posted it occurred to me there'd be many females worried about the very thing you just mentioned.Yeah I dont think i'd be into that. Not to be a girl about it.. but you're not looking your finest when you work out.
Not me anyway.

I may have to adjust my marketing plan and target the instagram crowd.
No I get it. Most people feel a bit self conscious in the gym, especially when they're starting out. This is why most places have female only sections.Dont get me wrong, im not up myself in anyway... but making a first impression on someone, it may not be the best way to go

I have noticed though there's a certain percentage of the gym population, both male and female, who enjoy socialising in the gym as much as they enjoy working out.

Actually that's not accurate- they were a few knobs outside in the squash section of the place, so not actual members of the gym.
So technically never been harrassed by gym members.
Fair enough too! Sweat, flustered red faced, at times less than glamourous clothing isnt a first impression some wish to convey. But for others ok!
i think by and large when it comes to trying to pull at a gym, let's say the male is doing teh pulling, he has no issue with other patrons looking at him thinking lol what a loser or something.
I suppose i go just go easy- avoid sweat and the red face.
The clothing isnt an issue. I look pretty damn fine in some of my gym gear.. one particular running bare top, i could not stop staring at my **** tbh.
nah it was nothing like trying to pull.
It was more "lets intimidate this chick and say something completely and utterly vile to her, as there is no one around" kind of scenario.
/yes i contacted the owner, and yes i got them banned.
thats disgusting.
I actually thought to myself after it happened "I shouldnt have gone to the toilet, i knew that guy would have probably been out there"
if you dont go to the toilet, he wins. you did teh right thing. he has no right to behave like that.
I haven't been into a gym in years (now do all bodyweight stuff at the local park) but I've heard that most women at the gym are just there to show off in leggings, try to impress the stud males, take selfies to upload to social media, etc. Any truth to this? If so, even more glad I switched from the gym to the park years ago.
How do you feel about women who complain that men stare at them when the women are 'peacocking' (as you put it)?Even if you have a woman at your gym peacocking it doesn’t mean anything and I think we (as dudes) need to get over it.

What does that even mean? I asked a simple question.let's not
no you've made two posts trying to garner negative responses about women's behavior at the gym, right after a female poster discussed an issue she had one time with a guy outside the gymWhat does that even mean? I asked a simple question.
