Everyone bays Port. ...but they are a MUCH more genuine and honest club than the AFC.....just let that sink in for a bit yeah....

What? The handout "club" that sold their SANFL identity and history, and then their soul to China which isn't bringing in the millions of corporate money (where they constantly "bags" us about), are they going to pay back millions in handout from the AFL and SANFL???? The "club" where their support didn't want Hinkley re-signed until the end of the season but their board decided to give him a 4 years extension despite very poor years after only 1 good year. The "club" that was a bottom feeder from 2008-2012 where they were considered as worst as Carlton, that "club"....no thanks.

Pyke was questioned by a journalist in the post match interview if the players are lacking passion (the commentators noticed this during the game as well) and Pyke's respond was "No, I don't think so" instead of a definite "No" so if even him is starting to question this, this is saying something. If this is true and it can't be repair, this will end up as another Sanderson situation.

Watching Kelly, Talia, Keath and Hartigan chip the ball back and forth to each other made my night. Back and forth in front of the opposition goals.

Especially enjoyable when all four are catastrophically bad at kicking, it’s a literal train crash waiting for a place to happen.
You can add Laird to the train wreck this year to. I reckon he kicked OOB 5 times tonight and dribbled as many off his boot to the grass. The good ones likely went further vertically than horizontally which at least gave us a chance of marking 1v3.

That's the difference. 50,000 suckers turn up whether we are rubbish or half decent. I could never barrack for Port but would prefer to watch them play currently. I don't really care anymore about our club. How can you care about an organisation that treats you with contempt and dishonesty? I also feel the governing body is slowly destroying our game which is rather sad. Perhaps I will just follow the NFL, time will tell.

Like I said, there are only 2 AFL clubs in SA......and I disagree, they are in a rebuild but stuck with a senior coach for another 3 year who has shown he can't coach so it's actually similar to Carlton but unlike Carlton they can't afford to pay him out. Even Carlton is much closer to winning the flag then them as evident last time they played.

Yeah...all their pick ups from last years draft look good.
We were so supremely confident and arrogant we didnt even use all ours.
Apparently our senoir guys are so good we need to defer any injection of young talent ...lol.

I think Pyke knows he is in trouble and is daring them to get rid of him. Any decent coach would see that they must try something different to improve the side. He has lost the players, it occurred during the match up in Alice Springs last year. Look at him in the box as well, he is clueless. Lets be honest, he will be gone by season end.
