It will be another 'even' year whomever is the team in form in September will be premiers (capt obvious I know)... Geelong are the form team right now and will play finals but don't think they will win it all. St Kilda will spend the rest of the season fellating themselves over winning a few games and miss the 8.

Geelong
WCE
Collingwood
????

any of GWS, Richmond, Essendon and Port Adleiade for 4th.

My 2 cents....

Geelong = It's early days. Lots of downhill skiers

GWS will slide a bit if injuries take their toll.

Collingwood peaking too early but top 4. Keepings off won't work for them in finals type football.

West Coast = human nature to be not as hungry after a flag but will be therabouts

Port = Nah far too flaky

Essendon = This so called fast footy that experts say the Bombers are experts at is a result of teams with terrible defenses

Richmond = will be up there. Will need to bank some more wins/close games and manage the young players through the long season

Aints = will lose the next 3 or at least 2 of them

All about building momentum at the right part of the season and some luck with injuries. Providing Richmond can clean up their forward entries and deny opposition defences the opportunity to play keeping off, Richmond is as good as anyone going around, with the injection of youth I’m hoping that could spur on some of the players who have already reached the summit.

Can’t help but think norf missed a real opportunity last trade period . Rather than throw a few crumbs to a marauding fan base with the recruiting of a couple of outside runners that chalked up junk time possies in teams that failed to reach any great heights they could have slapped some early draft picks on the table with a devil may care attitude and secured some class acts on the fringes from a top side in milesy and Lloyd and townso too
