Our kicking from defensive 20m-70m is horrid. I will use max Gawn as an example here. Took a mark in the back 50m kicks the ball right on top of nankervis’ head. Any danger of kicking the ball boundry side and to the advantage of a teammate. Make a contest, lock it in and get a stoppage.

What made me angry about that is - if you're going to do that Bails, do it properly. A bit quicker and run through the bloke.

None of our guys know what they are doing at any point. They don't know whether they are going to mark or spoil. While they think about it a bit the opposition mark it easily. They think about kicking then handball to a stationary bloke under pressure.

Confidence or coaching? Who knows. If the coaches could start building their confidence though that might go some place.
