Garner saves his form for the real thing anyway. He's not a 'dominates and then tries to survive at AFL level type of operator' - hes a 'wait til coaches think im fit enough and then give everything in the real thing'.
Exactly, the twos are kind of extended match sim for TG.
That would explain his unfortunate habit of breaking down in them with just as much regularity...
Don't get me wrong, I'd much prefer he goes 100% in the VFL than have him not make it through AFL games.

Define "long stretch" ?Once he's in the senior side, he tends to play long stretches, its pre-season he gets hurt and then they carry on.
