I reckon the whole Ollie Wines thing is yet to play out and I reckon SOS is knee deep in it.

ok thanksI think he is contracted till the end of 2021 but has a clause in his contract that he met allowing him to sign on till 2023. He doesnt have to sign on if he choses not to.

Rowie on 5AA said Riley Knight has had a medical at Carlton today and is gone.
Papley and Martin will both get done. Might take a while but they’ll get done.
Betts I unfortunately can’t see happening at this stage.
I’m not sure who carlton09 is talking about, however as I said last week (or week before), there are two BIG names which keep coming up. One interstate and one Victorian. If either one is true, it won’t come out until trade week has started.

My post count in this thread is about 5, I would be on the bottom of its contributors. I also came to provide some information which I thought would be appreciated and it has been.EC, venturing into enemy territory?
Hope you get treated with more respect than we were afforded
They are wrong. A contract extension needs to be agreed upon.on fox's afl tonight..said contracted till 2023?

That’s different to being the main contributor on an opposition thread repeating the same thing over and over and over, so yeah I’ve been treated differently.
Lots of trails leading to the foot in mouth man.We are gonna get our 4 and maybe even a 5th surprise (Gaff?)![]()
Knight has been played out of position, is a mid, but given the likes of Crouch x 2, etc has been used as a small foward, which we can relate with.
Tougher, harder version of Ed
Unlike you I’ll respect your board and leave. The same over and over and over that came home to roost?
Fair call
Cheers mate, glad to see you can spell Papley's name better than you pronounce it.Papley and Martin will both get done. Might take a while but they’ll get done.

Heh...yeah, like that's a thing...Knight has been played out of position, is a mid, but given the likes of Crouch x 2, etc has been used as a small foward, which we can relate with.

how do we know they're even right for each other?
Given all the 'presents' GC have been afforded, they're in a position to play bully and if the CFC don't cough up what they want, can simply let Martin slide.
I know that sounds ridiculous, but a mid-second rounder may mean little to them now and they may see this to be the right time to make a stand.
It might not seem like much but we have taken a hit to our forward ‘depth’ in Pickett, lebois, fasolo, Garlett (I think he was a forward) and Kerr all departing this year. Easily could take all the names being mentioned and not be wasting spots.

Similar to Atkins, or is it only the left footed Crows thing?

Ok, looks like Atkins has him covered.Analysis - 2017 List Management Discussion Part II
Whether it's pick 1 or 2 this year, will not make much difference. Our first pick might be traded for 2 top 10 picks to give SOS more scope to manoeuvre. Let's say we trade our first for 2 top 10 picks, Levi's gets us a band 3 and if Gibbs goes to Adelaide. We then will have potentially, Pick #5...www.bigfooty.com
