I can recall a game in which Bonar played against us, 2018 I think, when we were smashed by GWS. He played a really good game, and I thought this guy is a 200+ gamer for them. Hasn't seemed to have panned out that way with The Giants. Now requesting a trade back home to a Melbourne club.

I’m trying to understand the underlying strategy behind the type of players Saints have been linked to. They’re supposedly close to trading away a tall, but they seem light on for ready made talls? They seem to be targeting speed, but seem reasonably equipped in that area? They do my head in.

Yeah fair enough. But you know what worries me about him ? 2 ACLs. I know hes not getting a game at the moment, but have a look at the small forwards at Richmond...They literally grow on trees there..

I just think he'd be a great to have on our list when Eddie is right to call it a day...We wont have to go back to the shops and buy another small forward. This guy locks the ball into the forward line, chases, tackles...he's hard at it...
