I wouldn't mind Ryder at all, for the right price. Certainly an upgrade on Phillips, can play fwd, and would give us 2 years cover for TDK to come on.

Not sure Paddy would be happy playing VFL though.

Don't see a place for him at senior level but if Phillips moves on we do need someone to help TDK in the reserves.

Reality is that we're rarely going to have all of McKay, Curnow and Kreuze in the same team, whether it's through injury or form. So we can definitely play Ryder. But if those 3 are fit and in form, I can't see Paddy getting a game.
