I missed all this last 20 pages fuss (thankfully, by the sounds of things), but this place definitely has gotten more snarky the last 6 months or so with sniping potshots taken all the time. I wouldn't begrudge anyone for not posting a rumour, because unless you're TRP or B70 (even B70 wasn't immune btf, threatening to leave us at one point) you're going to be picked apart.

I think Monday was initial convos, they've taken a few days off, today is "ok here's where we've got to", decisions will be made over the weekend, and Monday-ish a flurry of deals will happen.

Knowing SOS, all our deals will have some sort of pick swap one way or another alongside the main course.

Incredibly ambitious asking for more than pick 6 for Hill, which is the exact price for him while contract.

We can’t match the purported 900k though, so Hill will stay at Freo if St Kilda can’t work out a trade.

Our future first would surely be on the table if he held any interest though.

Always astounds me just how immature some must be to have a shot at people posting 'rumour-based' material and especially with a 'This didn't happen when and how you said it would. Why not?'

You can tell that some are simply reporting the state of play and we have a couple here that you'd get the same reply should you be asking SOS himself.

400K may mean losing a key player. Why not just add that dollar to players we need and front-end their contract?
