Great example, we don’t have a mature and sophisticated team structure or game plan as yet. Teaugy will work on it , however Jack will feel the passion for footy again and be exposed to mentoring too , he’ll will do well in Navy Blue.

Sadly as a result of Richmond's recent success we have seen an influx of Richmond fans on public boards. They are simply blatant trolls who add nothing but rather drag down the discussion around them.
Your interaction on the MB was with one of the worst. The bloke is, to put it politely, quite a few cards short of a full deck.
Best thing to do is put them on ignore. You certainly will not miss out on much by doing so.
Burgyone is example of rare player that changes clubs and takes game to a much higher level.

Hopefully Martin can follow suit but more often that not they the same at new club..... Watts, Motlop.

Some Tigers fans seem to be invigorated by their recent success (some Hawks/Cats fans had a similar degree of smugness previously) into believing they know all about list management etc. sadly though some of our supporters seem to have joined them in this race to the bottom.

Every year I think the draft is too late in the year. There's no reason imo that it can't be held a 2 weeks after the trade period. It's better for the kids because there future is sorted sooner, giving them more time to move if necessary and get set up before the pre-season starts. Also the obvious is that they get a longer pre-season training stint in which could make a big difference. Teams are already training now so the kids are just missing out on more elite level fitness training by waiting around for the draft.
