If only we were playing finals this year, let alone winning a premiershipAre the AFL being nice and putting our pick from 18th to top 10?

Imagine him with 3 arms. One to hold off opponent and two to mark the ball.We can make Harry ambidextrous.
Marchbank and a second. Deal. Are the AFL being nice and putting our pick from 18th to top 10?
Marchbank and a second. Deal.

So would IDont reckon Sydney would do that, they will want Daniher again and his body is just as unreliable as Marchbanks so dont think they'd want 2 unreliable trades.
I would do Dow or Fisher for Papley and 1st rounder with 3rd rounder coming back to us
I wouldn’t trade Dow or fish. Both players have unique attributes that will be invaluable down the track. Can’t ruin one area to fix another area.
They both have unique attributes as mids. Will be match winners at times. Not sure losing a dow or fisher would ruin one area
Look at setterfield. He's needed a fair few games to show his value, but we've persisted and now it's paying off. Dow will be the same imo - needs to tidy up a few elements of his game, but hes a naturalNot sure losing a dow or fisher would ruin one area

And Papley kicks bags of goals, is the swans best player, and would be a transformative weapon for us up forward. Gotta give something to get somethingI wouldn’t trade Dow or fish. Both players have unique attributes that will be invaluable down the track. Can’t ruin one area to fix another area.
Like not being able to hit a target? They both have unique attributes as mids. Will be match winners at times.
Yeah, a mid second; it’s slightly over his actual worth but wnat the heck, just pay it, am sick of haggling. And Papley kicks bags of goals, is the swans best player, and would be a transformative weapon for us up forward. Gotta give something to get something
just a mid second?... lay off the sauceYeah, a mid second; it’s slightly over his actual worth but wnat the heck, just pay it, am sick of haggling.
I think that is what he is worth; to us.just a mid second?... lay off the sauce
again, lay off the sauce.I think that is what he is worth; to us.
I think we need a fairdinkum mid or 2; that’s where our major currency should be aimed. Our current and future prospect/s in that smallish forward/FP are no longer so dire that we need to pay Harley what he dictates. Beside, he’s a year older, and just too small.again, lay off the sauce.
We offered 9 last year, why would him improving and being in career best form drop his value to us by such a staggering amount?
I'm not in the "just pay swans whatever they want to get him" camp, but jeez, a mid 2nd is like Freo offering their 2020 1st for Cripps & Fish.
Exactly, if getting Papley means losing a Fisher or Dow type you would seriously have to consider it.And Papley kicks bags of goals, is the swans best player, and would be a transformative weapon for us up forward. Gotta give something to get something

Eddie, Honey, Phillips & Owies? Or are you counting Murph, Fish & Gibbo as mid/fwds? Martin isn't a small forward, neither is Cuningham, Kennedy or Jack.I think we need a fairdinkum mid or 2; that’s where our major currency should be aimed.
