How do the poster numbers work? Do the members get allocated the first 1500 numbers or is it all random?

We generally allocate in chronological order based on when order was received. members allocation will get first 1500, general release will get last 500.

My membership number didn't work for some reason for the black poster, so I've sent through an email to you.

Interestingly, I didn't need to sign in with my membership number; I wonder if that's because I'd used it in a previous transaction for another (different design!) poster?

I'd used mine already to get the gold, but for some reason it wouldn't let me go through for the black. They did say it happens from time to time so hopefully they can rectify it.

It actually let me purchase the black from the member's allocation, so I'm worried that for whatever reason there may be a problem, given I never had to sign in with my membership number
