People saying Lynch would not get us more than a 4th rounder, were pleasantly surprised tonight.

His tank is huge, and his Ruck work to win the HO’s over Gawn will now put him on the radar of a number Clubs.
He's played 1 decent game and 2 poor ones, don't get too excited

Great win, so proud of the effort the boys put in for Bucks. We’re not a bad side, we just haven’t been consistent enough across games, we have a lot to look forward to and I’m conflicted about how to feel knowing it’s without Bucks.

You just knew that Pendles was going to really dig deep for this one… he was sublime.

Maynard and De Goey are absolute bulls and were immense. This was definitely JDG’s arrival as a midfielder. Quaynor was fantastic, as was Lynch… just a really good effort all round.

A fitting end to a superb Collingwood chapter… thanks for everything, Bucks!

IQ is cool as a cucumber and smooth as velvet.
Beau has adequate levels of thug.
JDG has Kavorka in spades.
Bruzzy and Pendles did it for the man today.

Buckley, I fn love you. Thanks for 20+ years of inspiration.
needs an extra like for the reference to “the lure of the animal “

just wanted to say congratulations on a great win, I haven't watched many collingwood games but you seemed to have system and dare.
best wishes to buckley in his future endeavours

I wouldnt be averse to giving Sidearse some time in the twos to be honest. He has been really struggling this season.
Lots of errors. He's playing like Tom Phillips at the moment, so if we had some depth you'd consider it, but still very safe at the moment.

I hope he gets another chance to coach at this level, I think he wants to. He’s really grown as a person/coach in the last few years but ran out of time at the pies.
Makes me think maybe he should have gone to North as a rookie coach and return to the pies but who knows.

I'm feeling nothing but pride for 21 out of the 22 who were wearing the black and white stripes today as they all busted their backsides trying to get the win, even if some of them did make mistakes which is something we are well and truly used to by now.

Conversely words can't really express how disappointed I was in Sidebottom's effort today, with him leaving it all up to Pendlebury to try to lift the team to a win in Bucks' last game. Pathetic effort really, no other way to describe it.

Speaking of pathetic efforts...

One of the best wins of the last 2 seasons.

This is how I wanna see us play. Terrific to watch.

-De Goey is a midfielder. End of discussion. Great game.

-Pendles was back to his best.

-Best game yet for Darcy Cameron. Liked seeing him come up the ground and get more involved.

-Checkers finally back kicking goals again.

-Maynard and McCreery really roughed up some of these Dees players today. Loved it.

-Some of the youngsters looked a bit shakey when the pressure was on but pulled their weight.

Tackling and pressure was immense. Midfield was on point. Forward line is actually looking alright again. Plenty to like. Lets keep this momentum going. With a few players back and continuing to play this way, I think we're comfortably better than every other side outside the 8.

You forgot to mention that Poulter can stick a tackle or two.

One of the greatest wins in my time following the club Bucks has been a staple of my entire life and as much i wanted to start a new chapter its still a sad bittersweet feeling.

Feel absolutely on cloud 9 right now though couldn't wipe the smile of my face tonight if you tried.
