Zac Langdon thread ----->I wonder if Petch needs to put some more focus on building up his leg strength in the gym to eradicate these numerous hammy injuries. I remember when Cyril kept blowing out his hammies earlier in his career he mentioned that he spent a lot of time working on his legs and it seems like it paid off.

Certainly wouldn’t be helping his cause . Great game last week but did say along with Cripps need to do it against top 8 sides and we won’t get to see unfortunately , hope he’s back on park soonJesus, Petruccelle injured again. We just can't get any continuity this season

And WCE continuing their tradition of injuries being revealed post-SJOGHCIUPetruccelle completing his usual tradition of playing well and then getting injured
But I thought he had been a full time professional for how many years? Not looking good.Needs to build up core, hip and lower back strength. He's put on weight but his hamstrings and basically doing all the sprinting work. Strengthening the surrounding muscles and core will take a lot of that stress away from his hammies.

Didn’t Cyril have some dodge with his running gait?I wonder if Petch needs to put some more focus on building up his leg strength in the gym to eradicate these numerous hammy injuries. Wow what the hell is it with Petch constantly getting injured after one good game? Talk about injury prone.
Watching last weeks WAFL game twice, Hutch was the clear best and could not be ignored.. Of the others only Witherden showed real AFL class. Brander was good at times but had problems close in under pressure. XON was only adequate at WAFL level and the Snake was soft when it counder and racked up soft uncontested dosposals in defence for much of the time. When the contest in decision he fell apart.Ugh.
I suppose snake has earned his spot based on last week and having another look at XON isn’t a bad thing either.

Love Jakey and was stiff not to be picked but we are genuinely too tall this week. Hutch selection is so yuck too
Maybe you should watch a third time? Hutch didn’t play, he travelled to Adelaide.

Hutch?? really?? LOL poor old simmo he looks lost. resign, please. That is a terrible inclusion. I don't care If hutchy had 60 touches in WAFL. Terrible.
