Paying out McGovern is exactly what he wants. More money immediately and the opportunity to earn additional elsewhere.

Most, me included, thought Teague was a good appointment at the time. But his masters never gave him a sufficient chance to success
My question to you is; why do you completely ignore any culpability the board has in these appointments? They are ultimately the ones who ratify these decisions

You would have to pay at least half of Mitch's salary to offload him to another club if reports are correct that's about $350k in 2022 we pay for him tonpay elsewhere.

Better to keep him - he knows what happens if he can't perform in 2022.

Now this could blow your mind, but have you ever heard of a selection panel making an appointment, then after a period of time realizing that person wasn't capable of fulfilling the role? Every single organization would have these situations occurring
