To me it always looks like Touk is waiting for someone to dish him the ball. Last season he would go and get + do the outside stuff. He doesn't go into packs or want to get his hands dirty...it's weird.
I think it could be a coaching instruction due to Rowell playing this year. He has to hold on the outside. Either way, it's killed his scoring
