This!Clarke on Dale. One has to wonder what he could've done last week...
Good to hear you say that , did you hear the reason he lost the plot ?Reid looks fit
Warner has everything you need
Still not sold on stephens
Paddy throwing back in my face
Their first 3 goals were freesThree relatively unknown umps tonight.
They’ve done their career prospects no favours by allowing a Swans win.
AFL furious.

Should get a week for his selfish tendencies.I reckon Papley will get off, wasn't much in it.

Na, we stopped their momentum in kicking quick goals and it was the quarter Ladhams went off injured which would've stuffed our structure for a little bit. We've had previous games where teams would've kicked like 5 goals within 10mins in that quarter but last night we didn't let them. That's a massive improvement imo.
Quite happy with Stephens leave him in and let him gain confidence . Apologies to Clarke , still not happy with Hayward.
Sadly could be another Rohan , has to do more with 10 touches . I really hope he gets better .Hayward is unwatchable at this point.
Just a theory but I reckon our game is too quick for him. We have a lot of quick thinkers and instinctive players who can make things happen in the blink of an eye or the space of a telephone box. And then the ball gets to Hayward and I feel like all of his possessions should be accompanied by a little pop-up message on my TV saying "Not Responding". Just doesn't know what he's doing too often.
I say yes. Every team has a player they depend to generate play off HB that Clarke can negate. Could also swing him onto a midfield opponent as well if required. Plus he does seem to have a goal in him when given the opportunity. If he can maintain his form, he should stay. The question is do we want a tagger in the side. If we do then Clarke is the obvious choice. He is good at it and using Clarke means not potentially negating Mills by using him to tag.
At the game Hayward was fine other than the missed set shot. He plays a role where you don’t get a lot of the ball.
I think at this point in his career, any performance Reid can give us like that is a bonus. He is fit so that's perhaps helping him perform these last few weeks at a better level than he has for a number of years now.warner was awesome too
taking nothing away from Reid, his pressure was awesome
But is English the softest player in the comp? got his pants pulled down by a fill in ruck
Wow half glass full! 17 score involvements from Papley and you are calling him selfish. Do you recall the centred kick to mills on the stoke of half time? Or the 2 or 3 hand ball that led to goals. You've made him guilty by association of last week. Shocking support of one of best forwards of the last 5 year.s Some constructive criticism is fine and he deserved it last week. Get over last week - players make mistakes.Should get a week for his selfish tendencies.
Was involved in a few score involvements but could easily have given off another 4 goals that he missed when he should have handballed to players in better scoring positions instead of taking the snap.
2.5 says I'm correct with one of his goals a gift from Buddy from 4 metres out.
Yeah I'm harsh but still annoyed over last week.
I saw no difference between last night's first & second quarters compared to last week against the Bombers. We should have been up by 7 goals in both games. Bulldogs then kicked 3.5 in the second. Bombers just kicked straight. We gave up 8 shots after dominating.
Lucky the Dogs were crap.
If Reid keeps this up, he might be hard to keep. I could see a club desperate for a forward / ruck coming in with a juicy pre-retirement offer for him. Thinking Norf, Dogs, Melbourne, GWS all making a play. I would imagine we wouldn't have put aside too much cash to re-sign Sam given where he was at earlier this year.I think at this point in his career, any performance Reid can give us like that is a bonus. He is fit so that's perhaps helping him perform these last few weeks at a better level than he has for a number of years now.
Maybe the fine performances of others takes much of the focus but I’m surprised by the lack of excitement about Rowy’s game.
Not suggesting he was BOG or that he did it single-handedly but, on first viewing, he absolutely bossed Libba, McCrae and Co. in the centre square.
He is so damaging. Good things happen when he is involved. I'd just like him to be more involved.
I agree. There seems to be something alot of our fellow armchair critics who see big flaws in his game to the point where he's regularly listed as trade bait.He is so damaging. Good things happen when he is involved. I'd just like him to be more involved.
