From watching his highlights I was impressed with his work one on one. Does not get out-marked very often. Also obvious he is very good with his hands, saw lots of sweeping 30 metre handballs to advantage. His kicking does not seem as bad as I had heard. Maybe it lacks a little penetration, yet he seems quite good around goals. Not afraid to have a ping when it looks like a decent option, as opposed to a few of our boy's who seem reluctant to do so. Really good size, going to be awesome to have a player like him on the wing and ready for the get-out kick. He is no superstar, yet he will make us appreciably better imo. Welcome Sheriff, good times ahead.

One of his highlight reel clips showed him kick what looked like a terrible up and under kick from about 55m out.

It ended up sailing through the goals 2/3rds the way up the goal posts!

Looks like a bloke who knows his limitations, plays the team game and simply gets the job done effectively!
