Cut out sugar .. cut out alcohol ... cut out processed foods .... cut out big plates of food when you do eat ..... and flipping exercise ..... and I am not talking about a flimsy 20 minute stroll ..... you bunch of overweight lards






I didn't say it was enjoyable, or that you wouldn't question existence or find yourself in a spiral of nihilism so dark that light can't escape it's mass.
