A fair position in many respects, but it misses the crucial issue of the ‘official duties’ doctrine — ie. that presidents (and I suppose other officials) aren’t prosecuted for things they did and decisions they made in pursuit of their official duties provided they were not explicitly illegal. Most people would just assume Presidents already had immunity. From starting a war based on fake WMDs to Benghazi. US Presidents have got away with amazingly brazen things over time but now it's Trump. 'NO-ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW!!!
Most of you here would have so much more credibility if you didn't turn a blind eye to anything that isn't Trump.
How many said that? In any case they can say what they like but it doesn’t change the facts — he falsely inflated and deflated his property valuations year after year to suit the purpose du jour and there was documentary evidence of that. Are we talking about the 'fraud' where the banks testified they lost nothing and actually made money on the deal and would happily do business with Trump again?
You are a great poster but jeez Trump is your blind spot.
I'm not sure if Malifice led you down this path but posting everything Trump or MAGA from Reddit or some obscure lefty darkweb site makes you seem more crazy than those you are trying to paint as crazy.
Pull back a bit. You're better than this...I hope.
My brother in Christ, how is that not the bigger issue here? How many posts have you made decrying the lack of punishment for Dubya regarding the hundreds of thousands of deaths caused by his lies vs Drumpf telling a group of boomers and autists to "demonstrate patriotically and peacefully at the capitol"?You're also smart enough to understand why there isn't much appetite for charging ex-presidents with war crimes despite a few being deserving of such charges - bit easier to argue foreign policy/national security considerations than it is to argue "umm I just really wanted to still be POTUS".
Son left of centre is just that, anyone who leans to the left of what society's average view is. You being cooked by socialist loons on Elon's social media platform does not change this! The Greens and a couple Independents are the only left leaning politicians in Aus.
Cant really think of any US ones, maybe Sanders and AOC. Most democrats arent left leaning.
I actually agree with your second paragraph here - what would be considered left/right is different from country to country, it's relativeMy brother in Christ, how is that not the bigger issue here? How many posts have you made decrying the lack of punishment for Dubya regarding the hundreds of thousands of deaths caused by his lies vs Drumpf telling a group of boomers and autists to "demonstrate patriotically and peacefully at the capitol"?

Squirrel!! And Drumpf attempting to disenfranchise 80 odd million voters you mean.My brother in Christ, how is that not the bigger issue here? Its ok. In the wake of the Thomas stuff last year I hear the SC has drawn up a self-policed non-enforceable 'code of conduct'.
If this is correct the place is even rottener than I thought.
Fixed! The election may have been stolen m8.Drumpf attempting todisenfranchise 80 odd million voters you mean.
Of course it's not correct or a source would've been linked to rather than a screenshot of a tweet shared to reddit and then here. As Stokey said, Mofra is a good poster but when it comes to Trump he's suddenly an RSS feed for every gullible piece of TDS nonsense that social media produces... and it breaks my heart m8If this is correct the place is even rottener than I thought.

For all his faults, Biden can drink a glass of water with one hand.Trump tried to steal the election, but failed.
So we're left with two options.
1. Biden is more competent than Trump, or
2. it wasn't stollen.
I don't like dragging ya through the coals like this m8 but be honest, did you read that link? I'm not saying that Kavanaugh is a good bloke but I fail to see how him having a credit card paid off by family in 2016 in any way validates the absurd list in the tweet/reddit post you shared.Fact Check: Did Supreme Court Judge Brett Kavanaugh's $100K debt disappear?
The student loans cancellation Supreme Court lawsuit has led to scrutiny of Kavanaugh's financeswww.newsweek.com

'Maybe' because we don't know who paid it, only that he couldn't afford to himself - US neocons in public positions really don't like disclosing their financials...I don't like dragging ya through the coals like this m8 but be honest, did you read that link? Not necessarily m8. Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.Of course it's not correct or a source would've been linked to rather than a screenshot of a tweet shared to reddit and then here. Your reddit screenshot of a twitter screenshot stated that someone other than kavanaugh paid a $92k country club fee for him, paid his $1.2M mortgage, and paid $200k of credit card debt for him. A total value of $1,492,000. It implies that this was recent and was likely arranged by Trump. You backed this up by offering a source that states he had $100k of debt paid by a family member 7 years ago.'Maybe' because we don't know who paid it, only that he couldn't afford to himself - US neocons in public positions really don't like disclosing their financials...
Which is the point of the tweet. Transparency.
How’s your hero Fani Willis faring? It looks like all those so called criminals that she forced plea bargains onto are going to have their convictions quashed. It’s all falling apart for you fellas.Fact Check: Did Supreme Court Judge Brett Kavanaugh's $100K debt disappear?

You'd think a mod would know how to use the tag function.Imagine if/when Trump loses to Biden again.
The melts in here will be hilarious. Stokey might even change his name again.
Hero? I couldn't care less about her. How’s your hero Fani Willis faring? It looks like all those so called criminals that she forced plea bargains onto are going to have their convictions quashed. It’s all falling apart for you fellas.
Oh m8. You're disintegrating before our eyes, it breaks my heartFixed! The election may have been stolen m8.
Nah, I just marvel how you hitch onto every lie about Trump. Every time he’s vindicated it makes him more powerful. Every time the courts make a decision it’s setting precedent for what’s to come in the future. When Trump is officially president again, he will have carte blanche to virtually do what he wants an it’ll be your fault. Lets hope that this doesn’t happen.Hero? I couldn't care less about her.
There's only one person being hero worshipped on this thread - weirdly, he's a rapist / fraud / grifter / nacissist / pathological liar. You hitched your wagon to the worst horse you can find.
How are those submarine tunnels this morning?
Hang on - is he doing all this to ensure presidents don't have immunity and Bush Obama et al can be gone after, or will presidents now have carte blanche? When Trump is officially president again, he will have carte blanche to virtually do what he wants an it’ll be your fault.

So hard to keep up
