Interesting to hear Fages say he didn’t really think we could win it until 2023. Obviously the club knew we still had some development left in us before being genuine contenders. Funny to think about when you consider how many thought we were past our window post Covid

Was a real whipping boy as a backline coach due to those years seeing us have the top attack and middling defence. Moved to the forwardline role last year and instantly our forwards became so much more engaged defensively which helped the team defence as a whole. Now is liked here, will be sad to see him go but such is life.

we've just lost 2 in the last 12 months to rivals. adcock polled very well in the assistant coach of the year award. murray is moving into quite a senior role.

clearly a talented and well respected roster surrounding fagan.

I read somewhere Collingwood were after Jimmy Bartel. Bartel just resigned from GWS.

If Daly goes it's worth knocking Noble's door to see if he wants his old job back. I thought about another option too - Marcus Ashcroft. But I believe Daly plays an active role in contract extensions as well as salary packages, which could be a conflict of interest for Marcus.
