Facebook seems more for netowrking and meeting people you havent seen in ages - myspace is more for friends keeping in touch often.

I have both but havent really delved into what facebook can do.

I was part of the "If i get 100,000 people to join the group, my wife will let me name my second son spiderpig" group.

Still prefer myspace.
 
I was turned off FaceBook when they sent me 7000 emails saying 'Such and such is your father'.

You get spam from people you haven't ever heard of asking you to join or whatever.

Its shit.
 
I haven't got one spam or anything from facebook.

MySpace on the other hand, is full of more ads and spam than ever before.

Facebook has a more international feel to it, with the Networks etc

I have both but i am tending to prefer Facebook over myspace these days!

I haven't been getting an over the top amount of emails but i am getting some but i can live with that!

Either way they are both great ways to keep in touch wtih friends and people you havent seen for a while. :)
 
Friend got me onto it the other day and I'm hooked. Love the little gimmicks they have, espes Jedi V Sith. Just good way to burn an afternoon doing nothing.

I have myspace but it is pretty stagnant, there is only so much you can do with it.

thw whole F%$king internet is full of spam ive got people spaming me through ebay now it just never stops. asking Q's as a buyer.
 
yeah facebook is gold, me old mate bernie vince added me the other day, go onto his page he's got msges from people like shaun tait and port players, thats my claim to fame!!

but its much better than myspace more things to do and attracts a better crowd!:thumbsu::thumbsu:

Facebook is good when you meet people when travelling etc

When I was in Thailand these English dudes got me into it and now I have people from all over Europe on there it's gun.
 
Do what I've done and merge them both. Facespace. The best of both worlds.

On the one hand you can kid yourself into thinking your facebook page is far more 'mature' than your myspace one, and on the other you can still swoon 15 year old emo glams by adding MCR and The Used to your friends list while wearing a paintbrushed red tie in your fotos.

My interests are currently "Grange Hermitage", "Oakbank" and "cutting myself".

Beating 'em off with a stick, handful of vaseline. Either/or.
