Walker on Crows’ selection squeeze
Adelaide will open its season against St Kilda on Sunday
I’d say those boys (Neal-Bullen, Cumming, Peatling and Draper) would be a good chance to play.
Let's hope Tex is on the money with Draper.

Laird and Milera in the same backline is two clangers.....It wouldn’t be Nicks without at least one clanger selection

Nankervis?
Never!Hold fire till selection night.
I dont he was that interrupted to be fair, just the practice game.Honestly against st kilda you’d have to question even letting the captain play after an interrupted preseason like Milera and we’re possibly going to do it with a player in the bottom 1/3rd of the team? wtf
Oh right thought he’d missed all our trialsI dont he was that interrupted to be fair, just the practice game.
Still doesnt mean he comes straight back in, or shouldnt mean anyway.
He just didnt play well in the Port gameOh right thought he’d missed all our trials
For some reason.
Wouldn't read too much into training teams, imagine Milera gets a week or two to find his feet in the SANFL.
Some guys that were pretty good towards the end of last year - Taylor, Bond, Dowling - aren't even being discussed; indicates our very aggressive and very long rebuild might be over. Have to win some games first but is a nice feeling.
Think Rankine starts forward, our most damaging mid but also our most damaging small forward - really our only traditional small forward - he's so dangerous at half forward, rolling in and out of the midfield as he sees fit. Opposition have to get their match ups and timing very precise or he'll tear them up all over the ground.
KPD is interesting, I know this board doesn't rate Butts that highly but against teams with monster keys like Carlton, Bulldogs etc, think Butts plays. Better 1on1 than our other guys, especially Keane. Saints have no forward line at all so good to run with the attacking key backs option.
Draper and Curtin both play hopefully.
Rachele TT Fog
Rankine Walker ANB
Cumming Crouch Peatling
Hinge Keane MM
Laird Murray Worrell
OBrien Dawson Soligo
Keays Draper Curtin Nank
Sub: Sholl
Em: Bond Butts Dowling
Ehh, I think it’d be announced today or tomorrow, especially given we play on SundaySeeing all these other teams announce their debut players already, meanwhile we sit and wait for the Draper announcement. Nicks is going to Nicks.
Main training tomorrow, I think itll be then.Ehh, I think it’d be announced today or tomorrow, especially given we play on Sunday
Mr Wabbitt is a huge Crouch fan"Crab" had me LOLing out loud

Murray is still there.. especially if he continues to get his kicks intercepted and play like Hartigan....Match day threads are going to be quiet without Murph to complain about.
We'd only be rushing Milera back to accommodate Laird.
We'd look at the make up of our back 7 and Laird doesn't offer long kicking or run. Is more an accumulator.
So we need to play Milera over Nankervis
