Doesn't the player have to be kitted up to be considered?

I know in WA, you have to be at the venue and dressed in match attire to be regarded as having played a game.

Some leagues even have it factored into PlayHQ where both clubs have to enter how many players actually played for both teams in the match to stop stuff like that happening.

Brereton apparently has played at South before, but was a White Hills junior who went back again. Some very unhappy officials at White Hills apparently saying he'd recommitted on some pretty good coin only to find out when he was due to sign that he was going to South. Former coach is very unpopular

Yep. Bendigo league rules states that they must be at the ground, dressed in uniform and be ready to play if called upon

White hills did win the flag not sure he'd be that unpopulat if a young guy tries to play a higher standard of footy

I’m so happy to see my boys put up a fight tho and not be the easy beats like we have The last decade

South couldn’t be happier with there start . Panic stations at strath, would need to beat hurst or gisborne . Otherwise 0-3 not ideal

Agree . When you have rules and by laws set up how can there be interpretations that differ from the letter of the law. The points system is very prescriptive and easy to follow when applying points to a player . There should be no instance where this differs.

it's a complete joke. South cry and beg and the league caves in.
