There's a very strong correlation so far. As strong as possible given the limited data set. We've won the 3 games that he's played and lost the 3 games that he hasn't played. I think you might be suggesting there's no causation.
6 games so it's coincidence with a correlation coefficient of r0.

I'll check again in another 24 games.

Hope we get more leadership on field this week- this might be Lance's last week to try and establish himself in the senior team, as we really need more forward options at ground level. We probably won't win this one, but a flogging would raise a lot of questions on and off the field.

Zac Jones is a pretty shit player but I want to see the rest of the team play with the same enthusiasm & spirit he has been playing with lately... but just better with the ball.
He’s very serviceable his biggest asset is his aggression and explosive traits which what we lack in midfield I don’t agree with this shit attitude towards jones

I think the poor midfield effort last week might be as much poor coaching as anything else. The mids just seemed to be positioned in the wrong places and were not positioned well defensively, just seemed to be set for attack and this let the Dogs get their game going- looked similar to the setup in the Crows game where lost it in the midfield. I think Lyon and his coaches need to get back to a more defensive game for a while.

Today will be the 3rd time I've seen Stk v Bris live. The 3rd time is the charm, Stk at nearly $3.00 odds and since round 3 Stk have scored from 50.3% of their inside 50s- ranked#1 in the league. It's a sign I tell ya
In all honesty, we could lose by 80 points or win by 20 and it wouldn't suprise me at all. That's where we are as a team at the moment!

I get the feeling you don't understand what correlation means
Nah - I think its more like you guys have jumped the gun and gone straight to correlation/causation without considering coincidence.

Coincidence > Correlation > Causation.

Beating Port when Keeler was subbed out at half time with 3 possessions and 34 metres gained means we are well and truly still in the coincidence folder.

Not sure I totally agree. Based on VFL performances over their career, Heath has been a better forward.

He has bags of 5 and 3 goals on multiple occasions, he's not at all a bad forward.

He's kicked multiple goals in 8 matches vs Keeler 5.

This isn't to say I'm disappointed in Keeler's selection but Moose can play that role if needed. He's not a pure ruck.

I guess Keeler offers more defensive pressure though.

Win, loose, or draw, I want to see a massive effort from the players this week.

For my part, I intend to be there, despite not being able to get the blood transfusion I need due to the long weekend. It will wait until Monday, but the footy is a non-negotiable.

SEE THIS GUY?! He is literally BLEEDING Red White and Black. This is Saints supporter DNA!

He is tough and tries hard and had an instant impact when he came on last week. He is just a chronic over-user of the ball so get's himself into trouble sometimes. But guess what, he is getting his hands on the ball FFS midfielders, so watch and learn!

The difference between his best and worst is so massive. When at his best he's actually such an asset for us, wins the ball breaks lines etc, but he's out of form. Probably needs a big game today to stay in the side, fingers crossed.
