According to Caesar no injuries at training today.

Gibbo and Hotton participated in about 70% of training as well. Lefau looking like big sexy 2.0!

Ok cool, hope he is playing, we are a 5 goal better team with Lynch.

Lefau doesn't excite me like most of us here but great to hear he is looking good.

Last week we had 11/23 on the feild with less than 50 games. 15/23 under 100. Only 2 over 200 games. You hit a point where its detrimental to the development of the young players by having too many inexpereinced guys in.

You gotta see guys like McIntosh for more than just their individual play, we cant just cut more guys like that and bring in another deputant.
McIntosh plays OK when we are competitive but when the opposition puts the foot down McIntosh disappears. I'm sure he keeps trying but he does not have the skills or the pace to provide leadership when the opposition is pressing, he is barely able to get to the contest much less lead.

Training report from PRE

Thursday:

A feel good session from the point of view it had the fullest list of players participating with the main group at least for part of the time and also that there were no injuries out of last weeks VFL or AFL games or training today so we should have good VFL & AFL squads named.

Pluses:
Balta: will be back and in the best shape physically of his career.
Simms: Resumes from illness last week.
Prestia: Trained 50% with the main group, before doing more running in rehab, (ps This is the first training I have seen him do in a very long time)
Taj & Gibcus: Trained 70% with the main group and 30% rehab when contested drills were happening.
Lefau & Young: Are in full training and no longer adorn the no contact caps  Lefau in particular is flying. He was also doing a little bit of ruck craft work with Simms, Mate` & OHB.

Highlight:
Hopper: Now I don't expect this to excite people but he is moving the best he has in his time at Richmond, is not going to ground as much, his sidestepping in tight is elite and makes up for somewhat for lack of pace. His season so far reflects all this so🤞it continues.

Full Time Rehab or Other:

Armstrong: For someone that is listed as a 10 week away hammy he is doling a hell of a lot.
Samson: The only one just walking around but even that is just listed as a 1-2 week foot injury.

So I pretty much have no negatives from today:)(y)
