Excuse the intrusion. I come in peace!

Just wanted to wish you all good luck for tomorrow and the rest of the season. I love what the Tigers are building.

You've already surpassed WCE & North in one year of rebuilding. You'll be in finals contention sooner than you know it!

It’s interesting looking at our side tomorrow. We’re young, but the quartet of Hotton, Sims, Faull and Trainor brings our average age and games played down significantly. In reality our backline is very experienced and so is our midfield, while the forward line is full of kids.

We’ve got a lot of talent out but they’re mostly kids, which actually results in us being more competitive. For the most part the senior players have stayed healthy. It would be pretty disappointing if a team with Broad, Vlastuin, Short, Balta, Young (almost 27), Miller, Taranto, Hopper, Nank, Prestia, K-Mac, Ross and Mansell were getting flogged. I’ll never turn down wins and it’s great for the kids to be part of that, but we still have a long way to go in terms of turning over our list. I wouldn’t be shocked if we won fewer games next year and the year after as some of the older blokes move on.

there has been a few thrashings this round, a bit nervous for our game now

Damien Barret in the AFL Sliding Doors thinks Naicos will explode in terms of form on against us. Most likely, he will explode in tears sooking to the umpires for frees.

Yeah, I know winning 2 against no hoppers and them losing 2 in a row won't help. The bonus with the Pies is that they overrate themselves and take it easy with any opponent, hence losing the last 2 when they shouldn't have.

Exactly. It’s our senior players carrying us, which is fine but we still have no future midfield. If our senior players were all out injured like WCE we would be winless
