I never professed to know what he benches. I made a comment not even in this game thread, the least we could do is get him brutally strong and benching 150kg when you are never actually playing should be achievable.

If I had to guess, I reckon 110kg would fold him like a cheap deck chair based on how easily he gets moved off the ball.

This has been a really bad night for Lyon. Coming off a good win, season on the line against a side that we've struggled against and we've shown nothing.

We actually have an older and more experienced side than them tonight.

No excuses this has been a shocking night for the club.

Time to make some changes - we need to breathe some life into the club.
I'd move on the President and the coach = bring in Longmire or someone of his caliber.
Ross Lyon can coach but his game plan has never changed and the game has changed.

I would also move out of the starting line up any player we think is not in our future.
Even if they are making us stronger in some games - Jones and I hate to say it but Wood , Hill , Webster , Butler are at the age were they are not going to be getting any better.
And anyone else that doesn't weaken the team to much.

If they had of played a won and given a glimmer of hope of finals keep our best team for sure but now we are better pumping games into the kids and even if it means tanking at least we will get a good first round draft pick - sad
