Why?

He waited for an option to present, one didn't, he was under pressure when he conceded. There is nothing against the rules in what he did. It would take an exceedingly distant interpretation from the current ruleset to pay a deliberate rushed behind against him there.

I think the more time you spend in possession in front of there, the more chance you have of been found with insufficient intent. If you have the ball for like 6 seconds, you have to really ask how much pressure there is.

Just imagine that happened near a boundary line. It would be a free against everyday of the week.
