The dude is super salty anti-Hawthorn poster. Can't understand how Hawthorn continually gets "lucky" with rebuilds.
Doesn't help when his club have two bites at the cherry and both times miss Watson.

I don't see Meek leaving the hawks either. It wouldn't make sense.
He had AFL 15 games with the dockers over 4 or 5 seasons.
He is essentially having a Sam Jacobs type career.
Meek is a solid ruckman and will spend 8 or 9 or 10 years at your club..
After that, he might go to a 3rd club on a 2 year deal as depth as a 33 or 34 year old.

Why would leave Hawthorn?
Unless you offer him a ridiculous contract why would he go to Essendon, a team who could barely get over West Coast this week? He needs a wooden spoon collection?

The likely hood would be lesser, but if a player doesn’t feel the pay is fair compensation for their work and an another club knocks on the door with an offer….
They be insane not to entertain the offer and or at the very least not use the offer to try and get a pay raise!
In my opinion 5% James leaves and 95% he stays…. But until the contract is signed anything can happen!

Mostly (some jealousy) love all directed at big Meeky from Freo. Was always an AFL ruck, just needed the opportunity.
Depending on your opinion on rucks, arguably the perfect ruck for a contending list - not the best in the comp but very good and plays every week.
