Most of my mates still don't (and many of them probably won't) have one, think we missed the myspace 'explosion' by just a couple of years.

I think it's great though, good for keeping in touch with people who I otherwise wouldn't see very often

Sign in, then go to home and there is a menu on the left - upload/change photos.

Done that and uploaded a few photos but none will show up in my profile shot. makes me look like a spaz!

If you go back into that edit section is their an option under each photo to make one the "default" photo? Select whichever of those you want as your display picture and bingo you are set and spazzless!
