What is it with Thursday night games? Nearly every game is a one sided boring beat down.
Most probably involve 5 day breaks for team as well which has been a killer most weeks.

The grass would have saved his brain but its his neck and spine I think what got hurt.Nothing wrong with the contest imo. I wonder if most of the damage was done when Howe smashed his head into the ground.
The real problem here is they are both playing better footy than our skipper. Instead of leading by example he is being lazy & looks disinterested. The Crows will do us by 10 goals next week. Dean has to return for Howe, lol....Frampton and Dean against the Adelaide forward line...![]()

Lazy and shallow analysis. Age hasn't caused injuries to deprive us of our forward half pressure, or for recruits to not gel, or for most other issues. The wheels fell off as soon as started tooting our own horn about 14 wins.
Injuries to a handful of players does not excuse the very sudden drop in form from everyone across the board.
A lack of continuity in the playing side perhaps can. Injuries alone might have been ok. But we added managing players to that. It becomes a little too much of a disruption to continuity then.
I would be watching that if it wasn't Sidey's 350th....I think Fly should just let the players watch the Storm at half time.
If there was any inspiration needed.
Just our luck with other results. How do we finish 6th if we win the last 2???
If you’re bored shitless clean out your fridge or go for a run.Sorry to intrude but you guys remind of the blues from last year. Hope you can turn it around.
You epitomize the type of supporter we can do without.
look, I actually did. We are historically rubbish against Hawthorn, earlier this season an rarity. Check the history. I tipped them tonight, didn't give us a chance sadlyDid anyone see this shellacking coming?I certainly didn’t.I actually thought we might win.Silly me.
Howe, McCreery and Hill are at worst just as consequential as Day and Weddle. Unless you're a big Finn Maginness fan - actually makes plenty of sense, a completely negative player is right up your alleyHawthorn have worse injuries than us, try the next excuse.
Moore needs to lift or retire. SorryHowe being knocked out rattled us.
We look bereft of confidence. Fast turning into a wasted season at this rate.
I reckon he meant it but backed his own toughness to disguise it. But he’ll have no case to answer.Newcombe likely to get weeks?

McReery and JDGOur problem moving forward is we simply have no game breakers in the middle, nobody with power or athleticism, all slow and vanilla or in the back end of their careers, how are we going to fix that? We badly need a Kozzie, NAS type with game and line breaking speed and craft, if you camp on Naicos we turn to absolute butter
