The Crows will do us by 10 goals next week. Dean has to return for Howe, lol....Frampton and Dean against the Adelaide forward line...🫣🤮
The real problem here is they are both playing better footy than our skipper. Instead of leading by example he is being lazy & looks disinterested.

We’re cooked. Lost our mojo. Doing heavy training blocks and resting players. How about winning until
the top 4 is absolutely locked in first? Then maybe rest a few players if necessary. Really missing Bobby and Beau’s forward line speed and pressure

Lazy and shallow analysis. Age hasn't caused injuries to deprive us of our forward half pressure, or for recruits to not gel, or for most other issues. The wheels fell off as soon as started tooting our own horn about 14 wins.

Hawthorn have worse injuries than us, try the next excuse.

Losing Howe brutally in the first minute has rocked the entire team and we’ve been blown away.
In reality, with such a midfield advantage on paper tonight, losing Howe shouldn’t have affected the result because the ball should’ve been getting pumped into our forward line over and over again.
But our mids have turned their toes up and now we’re exposed down back.
Unless a massive response comes from our mids, this will be a demoralising loss.

Injuries to a handful of players does not excuse the very sudden drop in form from everyone across the board.

A lack of continuity in the playing side perhaps can. Injuries alone might have been ok. But we added managing players to that. It becomes a little too much of a disruption to continuity then.

Yeah, that's a legitimate argument. We can't be certain though. Sometimes good decisions havre bad results and bad decisions end up with good results.

In this case, I think it was the players we've had out that really hurt us. Howe, McCreery, Hill, De Goey -- pace and power and talent. Our lesser players were exposed.

Funny how opposition players can do the round the corner kick with ease, and we can’t do it at all,

For some reason I haven’t turned it off and just gone to bed.

This becomes a blow out and we lose by 80 points
Or we do a come back with a brief patch of exciting footy, to lose by 4 goals

Howe, McCreery and Hill are at worst just as consequential as Day and Weddle. Unless you're a big Finn Maginness fan - actually makes plenty of sense, a completely negative player is right up your alley

Our problem moving forward is we simply have no game breakers in the middle, nobody with power or athleticism, all slow and vanilla or in the back end of their careers, how are we going to fix that? We badly need a Kozzie, NAS type with game and line breaking speed and craft, if you camp on Naicos we turn to absolute butter
McReery and JDG
