Your sadly mistaken if you dont think this club and its off field leaders won’t find a plethora of excuses should the side choke another finals berth this Sunday.
Plenty of our supporters too.

Hahahaha Banfield again lord give me strength.
This campaigner is not serious.
a reminder O'Donnell, Frejiah and Garcia have played most of the season, Darcy is an almost unplayable 208cm freak who will be the best forward in the comp, and Croft is another 201cm forward talent who kicked 2.1 on debutO'Donnell, Cleary, Freijah, Davidson, Garcia, Darcy, Baker, Busslinger, Croft, Jones.
Prior to the ankle. But that was with Sharp defensive running.6 weeks, prior to that he was going fine.

Close as he’s gonna get to a real one!Brad Scott better be framing this as a final. Knock the nepos out!
Personally I have Johnson in ahead of Erasmus but splitting hairs. Basically best 22 yeah. This is legit our B22, without Sturt.
Everyone is fit. Everyone has played consistent football.
Walker, Simpson, Aish, Draper, OMac all available.
Banfield surviving is incredible. The fact that Aish can’t get games ahead of him is crazy. Actually don’t mind him.
Johnson just one week from being fit. Opted for Peel instead.Personally I have Johnson in ahead of Erasmus but splitting hairs. Basically best 22 yeah.
Young and Fyfe haven't played consistent footy at all. This is legit our B22, without Sturt.

these kids will give us a game, don't worry
It’s the unfortunate reality of rebuilding the list, hard to compete with the best teams consistently. In saying that, our biggest loss of the year is 22 points so the kids have done pretty well.Sure, but take Darcy out and that group does present the opportunity to beat the Dogs. Whether it be us or the top sides. The Dogs have close to the best top end talent, but they can be vulnerable with their bottom 6 and I think that's why they have usually just failed against the better sides.
Mind you, they would say the same about Banfield, Worner, Erasmus, etc. I think their top end might be too much for us, but I still have a little bit of hope. The prospect of a home final has lifted my spirits a bit, maybe it will give the fellas that little bit extra to get over the line.
One thing is for sure, Fyfe deserves a better send off in front of the home fans than he got last week.
